About Us
We are a duet of graphic designers and programmers who share a passion for games. We have several years of experience in Minecraft in a professional environment (non-professionally since the start of Minecraft Beta), being part a of a reputable international build-team: BlockWorks. We have had the pleasure of working with large companies such as Disney and Microsoft, and also have been able to build for schools and museums.We operate in a timely manner, have access to peripherals and have developed tools and techniques to speed up the creative process. We have never been late on a project and plan to keep it that way.

Terms of Service
By contacting us about any business you automatically agree to the following:• We require a down-payment on all purchases.[1]
• All payments will be made via PayPal.
• Upon the completion of the product you have ordered we will require full payment.[2]
• Failure to complete payment upon the specified date agreed upon will result in the product being sold to a third party.[3]
• After the payment has been seen and confirmed, a schematic file, (or multiple schematic files) will be uploaded to Dropbox.
• No disputes and/or charge-backs will be made against us.
• You may not cancel or back out of the order unless we offer directly.
• We retain any and all rights to any work we provide for portfolio, advertising, etc.
• We reserve the right to refuse the alteration or addition to a build if we see the request as unreasonable. We may also charge an additional fee if need be.
• We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service at any point in time.
[1] Down-payment percentage will vary from build to build; Typically we require between 25% and 50% of the total cost.
[2] If you are not able to make the deadline inform us before hand and we can try to come to an agreement. Payment MUST be completed before a download will be provided.
[3] Refunds may only be accepted in the case that both parties agree; In most cases, we do not accept refunds. You pay for our time not the build.
General Pricing / Time Line
Time lines vary significantly from project to project, there is no way to be sure unless the details of the project are provided. You may request a build to be completed upon a specific date or we can provide you with a date, so long as the details of the project have been discussed.
