I'm Cody (or iSolar). The Sales and Support manager of CubikNode.
CubikNode is a Hosting provider. We currently offer Minecraft, Web, Reseller Web, and Dedicated server hosting. As well as plans to expand into "Reseller Minecraft Hosting" in the very near future. We opened in late January with just Web Hosting and have since expanded into various other areas of the hosting community.
Due to our fast expansion, we've decided to recruit some more Sales and Support staff.
Below are some basic job descriptions of both Sales and Support roles.
Sales Team
Working mainly on LiveChat, answering any LiveChats that come in, as well as answering any sales related questions that may arise on our Discord server. Advertising the company in various areas of internet.
Note: For LiveChat, we use Crisp.
Support Team
Working alongside the Sales team with any queries that come about in the live chat, as well as answering support tickets relating to any number of our products. Monitoring our Discord since we use that for basic support too.
