Cubiknode bought something from us 2 months ago. They paid a total of 26.50$ and then a refund of 5$ was supposed to take place which had been forgotten and they hadn't notified us since 14/04/2018. The user that has chargebacked named "sarah" which is a CEO of cubiknode refused to cancel the chargeback and ignored me later on. She/he also banned me from cubiknode in order to hide her tracks rather than to cancel it. She/he has been paid the sum she/he had been owed but still, the chargeback has remained open.
I'd suggest that you are aware of cubiknode's actions as both owners have a history of chargebacking. Both IKubic and sarah.

This is sarah chargebacking. Cubiknode as a whole is a scam and nothing more.
Their response was "they have scammed us" but in accordance to this they received a thread from Tristen and still refuse to cancel the chargeback.
