Keep in mind, I don't run this project. I'm just advertising.
Cubition is a voxel-based game engine, inspired by Minecraft, that aims to to ease the previously painful task of modding, network issues, and so on. Any modifications made should be able to be easily implemented without having to look at obscure code or other similar nasties.
While many similar projects exist, most don't make it off the ground, more then often not due to lack of support or time on the developers behalf. We aim to fix all this, with a skilled team and a firm destination in mind.
Cubition started out nearly a year ago, and continues growing at a reasonable pace. The developers discuss nearly all commits now, or at least, the ones that raises a few eyebrows
. The project did almost fail us several months ago, where none of us had the motivation to work on it, and things were left as is, until a recent revival and re-code which occurred in mid-January. Since then, we've been continuing to thrive, and have become more dedicated on working on this project.
All our work has, and currently is open-sourced. Below you can find links to our source code, forums, downloads, and IRC.

*The launcher works just like most launchers, where when we release updates, it comes to your launcher. Ignore the background image, as it's just a template (for now).

Just yesterday, we launched IGN-choosing for the Alpha test. We are only allowing 100 participants, and about about quarter of the accounts have already been reserved. There's only about 30 or so spots left.
In order to register an account, you must also have an account on our forums, and the email that you used to register with, on our forums is the one you must use when registering an account on the Account page. You may NOT be able to change your IGN, so choose wisely
.
That's all for me
