Curious How much this would cost

So I'm just wondering how much this would cost to make, not looking for anyone to actually make it yet, just for future reference.

So if any of yall have ever played on cosmicpvp you know how they have 2 different faction plugins as one. massive craft and some other so the one with /f f and the one with /f show basically. so like for example a... FactionsUUID + Massive Craft but theirs is without the /f warp. I also want the /f warp remade so that like on daegonner pvp the leader/mod of the fac can make a permisson/password per warp so like /f warp (warp name) (perm/pass) and obviously in factionsuuid when you do /f warp it shows the warp name but for this it doesnt show the pass name. you don't necessarily have to set a password per warp if you don't want too.

Someone on here had this idea in the factionsuuid plugin that they made but already sold it and I kinda want a few of their features they had in it cuz it looked awesome for example:

when u do /f map u can click a place on the map to claim it if you want too.
some sort of command to show who all has been invited to your faction
some sort of command that shows what all facs you have been invited too


Also some color changes to the plugin like when u do /f help change the &b too &3 and the yellow to light gray and a few other color changes in the commands list.

I may come up with more ideas later on.
