Current Spawn to Be Updated

Important Info and Requirements

• You must be an experienced builder with decent rep and a good portfolio.
• Fairly simple task, I need this completed by Sunday night of this weekend preferably.
• I will send you a schematic of my current spawn, then you will make the changes.
• You must be creative and come up with some of your own ideas. Just ask me first and I'll approve it.
• About $30 for this job (I'm paying good money for the time this will take).
• If the new spawn is worse than the old spawn, I will not be happy. I'm looking for you to modify and improve the current spawn.

I love my current spawn. Players seem to get bored, however...
I'm looking for someone to "modify" and update my current spawn. I want to keep the general layout, but change it significantly enough so that people know its changed, kind of like how Fortnite updates its maps over time.

I'm not talking about just changing the color or something simple like that... I'm looking for someone to add some new things -- be creative.
Maybe:
- Delete and redesign the buildings
- Add a parkour
- Tell a story -- maybe one area of the trees has burned down, so there's netherrack and fire, have burned down trees, maybe add a crater in the middle.
- Replace the staff board area with a place you can drop down to fight mobs for food/money, but you can also pvp. (I'll use WorldGuard)
- The most change should occur in the actual spawn area so players instantly know the spawn has been updated.

Again, budget is $30 which I think is really good money for the time this will take.
