Greetings! I'm Overqualified and I'm here to offer my services as a Manager in your server. Since my account here is new, I'm currently offering my services for free.
Background information
I'm currently 16 and am bilingual, speaking both English and Mandarin fluently. I currently live in Singapore (UTC +8) which is advantageous to you as most staff members are US based and I can monitor the server in their absence. I do calisthenics as a hobby and love challenging myself and seeking new experiences.
Past experience
I have 3 years of experience in moderating and managing Minecraft servers of various gamemodes and I've experimented in taking up different roles in the servers I've worked in. Here are some of the jobs I've had in the past
Build Inc (Owner)
I used to own a creative server by the name of Build Inc back in the 1.5.2 version of Minecraft. This server was home hosted due to lack of funds on my part and had about 10 players online during those times when it was up. I was the only staff member on the server for a long period of time, managing the players as well as the plugins. It was only after 2 weeks, when the playerbase grew, that I recruited 2 pre-helpers to assist me. The server eventually went down due to a system fault.

ThunderMC (Lead Staff)
I joined this server as an administrator after helping the owner configure his permission groups. Then, I helped the owner manage every aspect of his server, from the plugins to recruitment. Throughout my time as an administrator in ThunderMC, I got the opportunity to practice and improve my recruitment skills. I was known by the players for being strict when selecting staff and none of the staff I've chosen had ever broken the rules or abused their powers. After serving as administrator for a while, I was promoted to staff manager and eventually lead staff. Unfortunately, the server closed down due to the owner's negligence, and this whole experience lasted for more than a month.

TechnologicalRealms(Co-Owner)
The owner was looking for an experienced partner for his server, and I decided to help him. Through my time here, I helped the owner manage the players and have solved countless plugin issues. Unfortunately, the server, together with the owner vanished one day and I wasn't informed on the reason.

Secret Society (Developer)
This is a highly customized server with many custom plugins and command blocks. My job here was to assist the owner in configurating his plugins. Eventually, I resigned as the owner was too fickle minded about what he wanted his server to be (changing from drugs and pvp to parkour themed)
ArcadiaRealms (Admin+)
In this server, I have improved my judgement when punishing rule-breakers. Here, there were countless chat spammers, advertisers and users of modified clients. While I learnt how to deal fair punishments an judge fairly in Build Inc, I had even more opportunities to practice it here, with players finding loopholes in the rules every once in a while. Eventually I left this server as they were hiring too many staff members for their relatively small playerbase.

Quality over quantity
Having worked in various positions, I'm one of the most versatile staff members out there. I can simultaneously work on recruitment and plugin management whereas most of the time you'd have to hire two people to do both jobs.
Experience
As stated above, I have lots of past experience in moderating and managing servers and I believe that I can assist server owners in making the optimal choices for their server, being a server owner in the past myself.
Extensive client knowledge
Now while this might cause some controversy, I've experimented with multiple hacked clients before. I'm familiar with all the common hacked clients' functions and can easily tell if a player is using one, even if they are careful about it. You might not agree with me here but I believe that learning to tell a "hacker" from a "legit", even if it's by looking from their POV, is far more important for a moderator than trying to maintain their innocence(read: ignorance).
Server owner point-of-view
Before starting Build Inc, I had created multiple servers which failed. I know some of the reasons why servers are not successful and can help prevent your server from being one of them.
Professional behavior
While I'm normally a "chill" guy, I can stay professional when interacting with your players and staff members which I manage. I do not get angry easily and can separate professional and personal matters and relationships well.
Bad puns
I'm a cheerful guy (though not so good at making jokes) so if I do join your server, be prepared for lots of dad jokes and pad puns.
While I'd prefer working in servers which are close to opening or are opened, it's not a hard and fast rule and I can work on start-ups just as well. If you have any queries, feel free to shoot me a PM. Thanks for reading!
