[Currently Free - WIP] Flat World Generator | Easily Create Flat Worlds for Factions

Overview
So this is a work in progress but I have decided to release the current state to whoever PMs me for a copy. My idea for the finished product is a plugin that can automatically generate all the worlds for a factions server, including all the builds and claims without having to manually do it as well as create all of the worlds for it. Currently the only feature I want to release is the flat world generator so instead of having to pay someone to create a flat world for you all you have to do is add it to the config and restart the server.

You can, but this is a lot easier as it generates it on your server and you don't have to use FTP to transfer a hefty world file.
