I've recently had this idea in starting a minecraft server.

I own a domain name and everything will be set up.

I'm buying the map plugins and the lot.
All I need is staff (Sad to say but will not be paid)

I am looking for

2 Admins.
3 Mods
4 Helpers.

I don't mind being an administrator(applying later, it's 7am right now), but is it going to stay as factions forever or become a network? If becoming a network, I can probably throw in my towny server( http://www.mc-market.org/threads/121312/#post-1328075 ), so as it doesn't get leaked or sold whenever you're selling your stuff.

I'll configure all your plugins, colour scheme, fix them around if anything's wrong, make sure there's no errors, make everything nice and clean and make sure it's fully optimised to not lag and cause lots of stress/load on the server.
