CurseMC is recruiting staff!
Yes, that is right! we're recruiting staff and YOU could be one today. Simply read along before applying over at our forums applications area. By agreeing to this application you agree to our TOS, simply by clicking submit application you automatically agree to the basic law and enforcement to take legal action against you if you were to withdrawal and or destruct anything from curse as a service (entertainment provider) If anything is said after being accepted to the staff team ie: Staff Chat Leaks, Real Names, Dox, Disrespect you will be instant demoted and blacklisted from cursemc as a service it's self. Also agreeing to being a staff role at cursemc requires professional and reliable sources of ratings tword our community; if you fail to comply you will have a result in termination from accessing any of cursemc services for lack of personality tword one and another.

Requirements:
*- Must be age 14+(we will mostly accept higher ages as maturity is what we look for mainly)
*- Must provide full real name and age
*- Provide your location/country and timezone
*- Provide a valid phone number in case of an emergency backup
*- Provide logical information about yourself and what you do
*- You must have a valid working mic and be able to record without lag
*- Provide ways you can make CurseMC a greater server
*- Willing to work with others no matter what agreement and or disagreement you have t'word others
*- Accept the TOS for staff (includes our main TOS too: https://store.cursemc.org/terms)

Mods are payed sometimes to and all admins on there and up get payed on all the servers u listed

As I mentioned above Admins are Owners :eek: . Also, moderators don't get paid. I have a ''friend'' who is moderator on Hypixel and he doesn't get paid ;)

Good luck, however I would like to point out that the majority of "professional" staff aren't going to include many 14 year olds. Also, you should consider paying a "signing bonus" for your Administrators and Managers as they are the ones who in turn run the server and the community. A signing bonus wouldn't be a paid position as you would simply give them x dollar amount to staff for you. Although this seems ridiculous and there is the fact they can leave with your money, I suggest only allowing people 18+ to apply for these positions and having them sign a contract once agreeing to their role, you can open this to 16 and 17 year olds, however you have to account for the fact that they cannot sign a contract unless their parent also signs the contract or if they are a chief officer of a REGISTERED business.
Yes correct, CurseMC isn't a registered business and only entertainment provider, we do not pay staff. Admins etc are usually close friends not someone I wouldn't know. Also paying under aged people is illegal unless a parent signs a contract and is the legal guardian accountant holder. This post is entirely for the first ranking position to get to know each other and learn new things.

Hey guys, just an update if you are still interested and not gonna do it for money be sure to go apply if you truly enjoy staffing and want to make a difference.[DOUBLEPOST=1497525854][/DOUBLEPOST]I've just personally upgraded our screen sharing guide for staff so they can 95% find hacks with our new ss tools systems and i'm looking on ways to improve the team and allow new staff to join in!

That user was demoted with many others, i replied to your YouTube channel and you never responded with your IGN so i had no clue. This isn't an appeal section and as that happened the user got demoted. Can you guys ALL keep this post on topic one last time otherwise imma just get a mod to lock it.[DOUBLEPOST=1497580555][/DOUBLEPOST]If you wish to post a server review via the past you do not post it here, this isn't titled "Review my server - CurseMC" obviously things do get changed and i've demoted 3 users in the past week for those valid reasoning, it doesn't mean i get a bad rep for something a member done but i've actually worked on a new system before adding staff, allowing only 15+ users to apply & interview of 45 questions; if accepted THEN a TOS that clearly states if anything like something that you've experienced in the past is done to any user playing CurseMC will be quickly demoted and blacklisted from CurseMC's services.

IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY, DO NOT SAY IT HERE. IT IS A STAFF APPLICATION AREA.
