Plugin needed: 1.19.2 Pvp disabler should work for all versions that allow totems and crystals.

totems are disabled in combat (shields an other items should still be allowed)
Crystals are disabled in combat

FEATURE WHERE I CAN SELECT AN AREA WHERE THESE DON"T APPLY (50x50 AREA WHERE TOTEMS AN CRYSTALS DO WORK)

Need it done in 1 day.
