Custom 1.8.8 PaperSpigot for Smooth Knockback, Amazing Hit Detection, Better Hit Delay & MORE!

Hello, I'm looking for a Custom 1.8.8 PaperSpigot to fix the overall PvP experience on my 1.8.8 server. I know what you guys are gonna say, "just create a 1.7.10 server". However, I cannot do that as 1.7.10 is outdated for a Factions server and furthermore, the only jar I can use for a decent PvP experience is 1.8.8 as 1.9 and above is horrible for PvPing. However, let's get back to the case. I am in need of a custom 1.8.8 PaperSpigot jar to fix the overall PvP experience on my server. Currently the knockback is so fucking bad when PvPing, aswell as hit detection, hit delay, pot delay etc. Hence, why I need a custom 1.8.8 PaperSpigot jar to fix the overall PvP exerpience. I am looking for it to create smooth knockback, excellent hit detection, perfect hit delay and smooth pots etc. For example like PvPLounge, Zonix, Old Kohi, MineHQ, Arcane etc. If anyone can create me a custom one or just give me one then please PM me.

You can't get perfect hit delay for 1.8 it is just fact
all pvp servers with smooth kb and perfect hit dedection are 1.7.10
