Custom Banner for Voting sites (Paid)

Hi,

I am looking for a custom banner to be made for my server. It needs to have our logo on the first page, with a like, ghost/foggy background to it, and when the thing goes to the next one, I want it to kinda swirl into a black hole, then poof out sorta..

I need it to say the following after the logo is shown:

- Custom Classes
- Custom Enchants
- Custom Crates
- Awesome Community

If you can do this for me, that would be great. The server colors are light red (&c), and light gray/white (&7, and &f)

I need this done by of before Sunday, as I will be getting paper work done Monday-Tuesday, and will be going down to enlist in the Army National Guard Wednesday, and Thursday. So, if this can be done before Sunday, that would be great! Also, please let me know what this will cost for you to do it, and I will be going with who I think is the best choice.
