Custom Billing Area & Subdomains

Hi,
I'm looking for a trusting developer to make a custom "billing" area. Although because our services will be free, we simply want the panel to be able to let our users create a server in the Pterodactyl Panel and tickets for support. Additionally, we want a way to only give our users access to a sub-domain for their server, to connect to it.
