I need someone to make me a boss plugin where you spawn an NPC which is very strong, has an enderdragon healthbar, and also it needs say messages in chat when you drop it down to a certain HP and become stronger if his HP gets lower.

I also need it to spawn snowmans which are very strong and don't make the floor snow.

I am paying for this plugin. Reply with how much money you can make this for / PM me.
Preferably cheap please, don't have a large budget for this.
