Custom Boss/Quest Plugin

So I will be making a factions server. I want to add some unique addons to make it not pay to win and fun both ways. So I want to create a new plugin.

Quests: players can complete missions/objectives for rewards (like ranks, /fly, and other perks)

Objective: Players kill random bosses in warzone for prizes. (such as money, Special items, or even quests).
