Plugin Name: WCBounty

Server Info
We use:
-Essentials eco
-Vault
We are on 1.12.2


Description: A bounty plugin that allows players to do /bounty [player] amount, this plugin will require small
features such as... When a killer claims a bounty, he also recieves the bountied players head and the money. And
we also need a compas that points to the nearest bountied player when you click on it.

Commands:
/Bounty - Shows list of commands
/Bounty Playername ammount - Sets a bounty on a players head, and makes an annoucment of the player being bountied.
/Bounty list, shows all bountied players and the price on their heads.
/Bounty compas - Admin command that gives us the bounty compas.
/Bounty remove playername - Removes a players bounty and returns the money to the player, only admins can do this.

Config:
- Bounty set announcment
- Bounty claim announcment
- Compas Name / item
- minimun amount you can bounty
- Max amount you can bounty

Features:
-Heads: When a bountied player is killed their head has a 40% chance of being given to the hunter/killer.
-Tracker: A compas that when clicked, points to the nearest bountied player, We also need a permission node so
only certain pex groups can use the compas.


Extras:
- Killing yourself will not remove a bounty.
- Players that set a bounty cant click the compas to track the bountied player.
- If a player is bountied, a new player can add onto the bounty by doing /bounty playername ammount
- When a bounty is claimed, it will say who claimed it.

Permission nodes:
-compas.use Permission node required to use the tracker compas
-bounty.admin Allows admin to use the /bounty compas and /bounty remove playername command.
