Custom build island, 1000 x 1000 blocks

I'm looking for a builder who can create me a custom island. I have an image to work from. Roughly 1000 x 1000 blocks. Will place it in a world file with only a sea, no resources needed as it will be a spawn/explore zone.

I contacted a few builders on here but it seems that a lot are dormant? Dead websites, don't reply to messages etc. Any active builders out there? The budget depends on build portfolio.
