What I am offering is a 100x100 spawn that I can build in less than 3 days. I am a very reputable person and I am ONLY starting out on making builds. I do not have a link where you can view to check on recent builds I have made this is why I will be letting my clients go first as long as they are reputable by the community.

Im sorry but without something to SHOW that you're a reputable person (vouches elsewhere, PMC posts, etc), your reputation might as well not exist. I had some completely intangible reputation from doing some minor building projects and hanging around on lots of servers, but I still had to start from scratch reputation-wise here.

That's because people knowing you in the non-commercial creative community doesn't really mean much in the commercial community.
Now, having a bunch of existing builds to show off WOULD help, since it would demonstrate your skill if not your reliability. This is why some builders start off far more easily, because they've got lots of past builds to show.
