Custom Built Spawn

Hello I'm looking for someone to build me a spawn that resembles another server's spawn. But not too close to it. Mostly the style and that it has coarse dirt and other features. Also smaller floating islands with trees. I made a spawn spot that I would want someone to build off of, and maybe I can send them a schematic.. I also have a pictures of the style I like from that server.

I'm willing to pay pretty good money depending on the result
