Custom class plugin

[Fire]

The plugin will have 3 different classes that the player can pick, each with its own perks:

Magic:
Speed 1
20% more exp from killing mobs
2 in 100 chance to apply 3 seconds nausea to a player when hit
small magical partial effect
run command on first joining the class /manuaddv {playername} suffix &7[&5Magic&7]
Immune to poison

Ice:
Resistance 1
Extra 4 hearts
small Ice / snow partial effect
run command on first joining the class /manuaddv {playername} suffix &7[&3Ice&7]
Immune to slowness

Fire:
Strength 1
Extra 2 hearts
small fire partial effect
run command on first joining the class /manuaddv {playername} suffix &7[&cFire&7]
Immune to fire


/fireball fires a non exploding firecharge, on hitting something it creates a 5x5 circle of fire. 20min cool down
/dragonfly allows the player to fly for 30 seconds, after that time, they will fall and take no fall damage. Cool down 1 hour.
/class opens a GUI allowing the player to pick a class. Once picked they wont be able to change it again.
/classreset {playername} removed there class and allows them to use the /class command once again to pick one.

Every 2 mins the player will receive a message in chat, telling them a configurable message. The message will only be sent to the player if they don't currently have a class.

We have a moderate budget, but we requite the plugin to be made as cheaply as possible, since what money we have we need to use sparingly. If you are able to make the plugin, comment bellow, and say how much you would be able to do it for. Thanks for reading.
