Custom Core Plugin

Hello There,
My name is Raze and today I'm in need of some help. I recently have had a feeling to open a server again. But this time I'm trying something different. I want something fully custom. So lets get into what ill be needing. I have broke the plugin into 4 main parts. Each part is very important and work together to create a awesome experience. The server I'm creating is a practice server.

Part 1 - "Core"

So obvious since it going to be a practice server I will be needing the basic duel system. The kits I will need are:
- MCSG
- Build UHC
- Soup
- Iron
- NoDebuff
- Debuff
- Gapple
- Combo
- Horse

I want all the kits able to be customized by players and made to there liking.
This makes the players comfortable with the kit and ready to battle!


Part 2 - "Chat"

So alot of servers don't really care about the chat and usually use a basic chat. Well they have it all wrong. If you don't realize the chat is one of the most important parts of a practice server. because if you not fighting (in game) your probually chatting. So I want a complete custom chat with cool colors and gui's for alot of it.


Part - 3 "Teams/Squads"

So I have been on alot of practice servers and yes they have a basic party system. But its not very unique. I want to give players a option to make a Team/Squad and work together and rank as a team. There would be leaderboards and alot of competitiveness when adding this. I could also do cool things like monthly rewards for teams either ranks or money.


Part - 4 "The Tournoment"

I don't know if you guys have ever played glatiators on mineplex if you have great but if you haven't let me explain what I'm trying to do here. I want players to be able to either 1v1 or as a team compete in a tournament. it could be a 1v1 tournament or even up to a 8v8. The main goal would be to battle your way to the top.

Budget: Considering its almost Christmas and I'm not trying to spend to much on just one plugin lets say 100$ (I will go up to 200$ if needed).

Practice plugins are the things that so many people need right now, personally it's too big of a job for me to take on but if you want it you would have to find a coder that is serious and that would be asking for a lot of $.
