Custom Crates Area Built By PilsCreations CHEAP

Hello! About a month ago, an amazing builder named PilsCreations made me a sweet crates area for my server. Sadly though, my server changed theme therefore the crates do not fit any more.

Me and the builder, PilsCreations decided to sell the build and since I am much better at composing posts (Pils, don't get mad ) I will be the one posting the thread. We are splitting the income 50/50 to be fair and square.

The build consists of a vast area with a spawn in the center and four pathways leading from it to four different crates. The theme is Jungle/Beach. The cavern is very large, about 200x200 blocks.

Since the build is so professionals made and it is so large, we will be asking for a $20 - $30 payment. We will deal as follows, the buyer will send $15 to a PayPal that I will state. The moment I receive the payment, I will send the schematic of the crates. After that, the buyer will send the rest of the money to the same PayPal.

Yes ik (as an ex builder my self) however servers buy builds, because they are ready out of the box. I strongly recommend adding some patterns to walkway.

Once a buyer shows up, I will work it out with him + PilsCreations if they want a more custom pathway.

Moment I get the build I ordered from my guy, I am using that one instead. Though I don't know why you are asking since there will be 3 copies sold.

You made your point that you're not interested in the build. Not quite sure why spending your time if we don't change our minds. Builds are often being sold non-exclusively. For example check out the http://www.schematicstore.com/

People can just use world downloader on that server and download the build :tup:

It is intellectual property theft, technically. Its not enough to get you an actual case with a court (they rarely take things like this seriously), but it will get you banned from most forums like this one and get you a big fat negative reputation all round[DOUBLEPOST=1451518883,1451518573][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, the thing about "nothing being illegal" in minecraft is bullshit. If you break the Mojang Eula, you're doing something illegal. Its a bit of a gray area when it comes to many things, and scamming for certain amounts will not get you prosecuted, but if we're talking amounts of $1000 and more then it may be a legit case for a court, since you did scam them out of something on the internet, which is generally illegal. It'll be a tricky case, but since buying and selling builds on minecraft is not against Mojangs EULA, a court may take interest if the sum is high enough (and the evidence is sufficiently conclusive) Not to mention the dispute in paypal that will inevitably start is already a negative thing.

So while you're unlikely to get the police on your ass doing negative things in minecraft, That does not mean you'll get away with it completely. And if whoever you scam or otherwise affect has enough proof to be able to claim a verbal or even written contract that you broke, they actually have a case that could end up with you being fined or needing to pay damages. Minecraft is just another part of the internet, and that's how it goes with deals on the internet.

Yeah and not to mention...its a small world and people will know if you use downloaded builds. Most players frown on those and won't want to play on a server with builds they have seen before even if they were legitimately obtained. There's really no point to stealing builds if you think it through.
