hey I was just wondering if anyone knew of any crates plugins that are like cosmic pop or desteria like that float up when u place them

I don't think that exists in the same details because of Cosmic's Development Policy.
You will have to hire a developer to make you an exclusive plugin that does that, which will cost, ofc.
