I would like developers to place bids for a custom crop hopper.

Collect items in a radius so that players don't need to place a load of hoppers, these are common faction and skyblock servers they are called "Chunk Hoppers" also allow auto selling for donators by permissions..

What do you mean by "place bids"? If you're asking for a price to do it, then I could have it done in an hour for about $10.
