Custom Crops plugin

Hello,

I want to buy a custom crop/farming plugin.
Idea is to make custom seeds items that grow as a plant with custom drops.
Extra features:
- a percentage that turns crops into dead bushes when reaching final stage.
- percentage for random drops when harvesting plants. (fx: 1% for a diamond)

For example:

Seed: diamond_hoe:20
Planttype: Wheat
Crop: diamond_hoe:23

Don't have a price in mind yes because I don't know how hard it is to code.
