Custom dev needed for a "small job"

hello I'm Hunter and I'm looking for a custom dev to finish the tinkerer and enchanter tinkerer so it actually works and it gives you dust for books (10% = 1% dust etc.) and if you could do armour for xp please do this I need this before I release my server
