Hello! I am requesting a custom discord bot that does a few things. My budget for this bot is $15 (If you think its too low we can discuss)

LIST OF THINGS I NEED IT TO DO

2. Have a built in command which allows you to broadcast a message through EVERYONE that is in the discord's PMS (The message is sent from the bot of course) and it has a command like this "?announceall {message}"

3. Custom help command which in return lists a few things that correlate to the server including a link to the store, server info, IP, etc etc... NOTE: This will all be listed under one command that is this "!help"
