Custom Discord Bot

I am looking for a custom discord bot. I would like commands like Warn, Kick, Mute, Ban, Unban, Purge. I would also like a Mod log for staff members to check all the logs like what dyno has. I would also like it when a user joins the discord it sends them a PM welcoming them and asking them to do a verify command to be able to talk in the discord.
