Custom Discord Bot

Hello there. I was wondering if anyone would be able to develop me a discord bot that counts invites by a player, giving them 1 token for every invite. The bot will also need a token shop, which people can use to purchase discord ranks as well as steam keys, which will be pulled straight from a database(If you can't do the key thing, that's fine, but I will pay less for it). If the token shop could be displayed as a menu style thing in one channel, possibly that people can react to purchase something or something like that that would be great, but essentially it will give the item and take away the cost from their total balance. Oh and finally, there will need to be commands to check the token balance of a user

Can you beat $15 quoted to me? Also how long will it take for you to develop it. He said 2-3 weeks, so if you can beat that with the same price ill probably choose you

I mean, I don't think I can do it for less but I'm including 2 months of hosting & it'll take a couple days I guess
