Your tos seems kinda sketchy i mean no refunds and you cant chargeback? I dont think that will be accepted by mcm though
When it comes to giving out software that doesn't have an authentication system, you don't want people taking advantage of that system. People could simply order the product, have it fully done, and just chargeback. I make sure all my clients are fully satisfied with their product, so there will never be a need for any of those situations.[DOUBLEPOST=1565634566][/DOUBLEPOST]

When it comes to giving out software that doesn't have an authentication system, you don't want people taking advantage of that system. People could simply order the product, have it fully done, and just chargeback. I make sure all my clients are fully satisfied with their product, so there will never be a need for any of those situations.[DOUBLEPOST=1565634566][/DOUBLEPOST]

Youre looking at this purely from your perspective, imagine you were a client and the developer said you cannot chargeback or refund no matter what, you would probably be thinking "what if they make a barely functional product im screwed", saying "I make sure all my clients are fully satisfied" is pointless because its not in the TOS (so its unenforceable)

I can understand in a way why he says charge backs are not allowed. But because of that I would offer a more extensive support for more time just incase something is not up to scratch.

I will eventually revamp my TOS so customers can feel more comfortable, but I've NEVER had an issue with actual customers with the current standings of it.
