Custom donations message plugin

Hello, I'm using that plugin: https://www.mc-market.org/resources/9930/

But it's too laggy, so I'm just looking someone to recreate this. It must contains:
- Sounds "configurable"
- Command "/ad donate <player> [package]" to send a global message with the player head and the package bought
- Monthly goal donations synced with your store on the global message
- Config "example":

- It won't have any potion effect, firework, etc.. just sound when message is sent
- Example of how it should look:

Should be compatible with 1.8-1.12.2 versions "sounds, etc"

Developer must have enough reputation to do that, objective is to prevent lag when receiving that global message.

Also, increase the store refresh a lot and it should be much better.

Yeah, I increased it but still giving a lot of lag. And yeah, I want someone to remake this plugin but way more optimized.

Huh, Plugin doesn't look like it can cause any sort of lag. Does the lag happen when someone donates or is it just perma lag?

Ah, Sounds reasonable, If so I'm assuming the issue is with the head getting method or smth simillar.
Anyways..
If you do infact need the head then any of the custom plugins will need to include a better way of getting the head image, splitting it into pixels and previewing it in chat.
Also, It'd be nice to double check as if you did get that plugin then you've paid 10$. Would be reasonable to contact the dev first.

EDIT: Chance if you do change the pixels that is needed to loop through, it'd have less lag
