Custom Drawn Server Icon

I'm looking for a custom drawn server iconof a Voodoo Doll and a cauldron.

The voodoo doll should be just the head and it should have stuffing poking out the bottom
The cauldron should have purple liquid inside and purple mist coming out.
here's a mockup i made

Some further information:
I would like the head and the cauldron with smoke to be drawn serparetely, but combined for the server icon. Therefore when you send me the final product I receive a. The cauldron w/ smoke b. the voodoo doll head and c. the final version where they are combined.
