Custom Duel Plugin

Custom duel plugin mainly on 1.8.8 but also 1.7.10

Everything I want should be in the config too.
Default Commands
/Duel Playername
/Duel Playername amount (lowest $100, could be changed in config)
/Duel spectate playername and /Duel spec playername
/duel create party (creates a party)
/duel invite playername (invite teammate to party) max limit 4

Admin Commands
/Duel setlobby (set the spawn when player done with the match)
/Duel savekit name. Like this "/Duel savekit Debuff" (saves the kit for the gamemode, It will save with the armor on and inventory.)
/Duel create gamemode name (Creates duel gamdemode)
/Duel setpos 1 (Set where player spawns in when the match starts)
/Duel setpos 2 (Set where player spawns in when the match starts) *If they are in team, like a 2v2. two players will spawn in pos 1 and the other 2 will spawn in pos 2/

Make sure there inventory is cleared before dueling anything or joining a party.
Gamemodes I want:
No Debuff
Debuff
Boxing (like minemen)
Sumo
Soap

Also I want it 2 support
Custom Scoreboard
CombatLogx
GappleOptions
Stats
or if there a way to disable every plugin in a different world then that will be fine too.
