Custom Easy Staff Chat Plugin

Hello,

Today I am requesting a developer to create me a easy staff chat plugin for my staff members on my server.

I am willing to pay 5$ for this plugin as its very simple. Here is how I would like it:

Command to talk in staff channel: /aerion (message)
permission node for command: aerion.staffchat

Please make the prefix before the message the following (this includes the color codes in it): &9« &d&oStaff Channel&9»»

Please make the chat color when they are darking &d

Here is an example of what it should look like.
