Custom EggWars plugin

I'm searching for a Custom EggWars plugin, because the one from Spigot is pretty ugly.

I want the same features as CubeCraftGames, with Arrow Trails, Glass Colors, Kit's, etc.

If someone is interested on making me a plugin, i'd pay him.
