Custom Enchant Plugin - Factions Server

Hey i would like a custom enchant plugin. This would include Key Finder , levels 1-3. Drill , levels 1-3 and more so on. But i would also like to know how much this would cost before i can give more details. These enchants would be only for Tools , maybe even swords. No Armor Enchants!

Depends how many other features you want and how well you want it made. They can range from $40 - $1k depending how many features you want added (Blacksmith, white scrolls, black scrolls, % chance ect.)

This would include none of that , just a simple enchantment book. Like efficiency. Just more enchants.
