Custom Enchant Plugin (Just cause)

Hello to all,
After being scammed by Blasthappy, I will need a new developer to make the above plugin. The reason why I suddenly want to do this is because of a recent thread I just witnessed. Anyways, the plugin is not too similar to cosmic as it is a bit complicated system. If you are interested, please give your proof of a past enchant plugin you have done, if not, give an example of one of the best plugins you have made.
The reason why I haven't went to a shop for this was because I have no idea who to trust, especially with some of the slanders I read.

As of right now, 70-80$ but we may raise it to the proposed amount. Timeframe is 3 months, but we aren't in a hurry. Anyways, I'm working with someone at the moment, but don't let that stop you from posting
