Custom Enchantment Plugin

TLDR: A copy of CosmicPvP enchantment plugin

The Plugin: I'm looking for a plugin where you can exchange amounts of EXP via a GUI for a certain tier of custom enchantment book. In order from worst to best, Simple, Unique, Rare, Ultimate, Legendary, (Soul, but not purchasable with EXP). You would right click with the book and get a random book from that category with random success and destroy rates. You would drag and drop that onto your weapon/armor and it would apply or destroy based on the rates. You can also give the book to another GUI where you could exchange it for a mystery dust of the same rarity. Right clicking with that could either give you failed dust, that rarity dust or that rarity primal dust. These add success rates when applied to a book (Not failed dust though. That does nothing). I'm aware of this plugin. It has wayyyy too many bugs though.
