Custom Enchantments plugin

Hi there! Im JNoodlezMc, and I am looking for a developer interested in creating a custom enchantments plugin. It is rather large and is based off the very popular server network. I wont say the name for obvious reasons. I have already set up a thorough description of the plugin in a google document. I do know there are other plugins out there that are very similar to what I am asking for. But I have found many bugs and issues with the other plugins.
