Custom Enchantments

Hey I am going to make this simple. All I need is a plugin that removes 1.8 or 1.7 enchantments where you actually use 30 levels to enchant instead of 2, as this makes enchanting extremely op. Please comment if you are able to do this.

I can do it, but it wouldn't use the enchant GUI. Let me know if you're interested. (Enchanting tables would still be the exact same, more bookshelves, higher levels; it could be however you would like it, but in a chest GUI.)

I would need an override of the enchantment tables now. So basically all i need is someone to remove the new code and put in the old bits.

Can I send you a custom jar that we already have and you remove the enchanting part and insert the old enchantment source because that is basically all that we need.
