Custom Enchants ADDON plugin

I need a plugin LIKE the Archon Not exactly but just LIKE it but its where the player clicks the sign and it enchants a book to add on to gear. It HAS to be a level 30 enchant for them to click the sign to get the enchanted book. It needs to Hook up into the Premium Plugin "EnchantPlus" If you can do this please Contact me through a PM
