Custom Enchants Configured AntiCheat

I'm looking for an anticheat that is configured suitably for Custom Enchants. The default configs are for vanilla etc so it does not work with custom enchants seen as they have faster speed, fly etc.

This could be from AAC to NCP. Just need a config that is suited for Custom Enchants, thanks!
