Custom Enchants needed! (custom made for our server)

Hello Everyone,

So I need some plugins for my server that need to get done within a week and maybe a few days onto of that, I will pay good money to have this done however this plugin needs to be made for our server and our server only so once the plugin is made the creator can not resell it or distribute it. I am not going to let anyone just do this I will be looking for well known members who I can trust not to leek this. I will not say what I want specifically here but it is custom enchants PM me and if I trust you I will let you know what I'm looking for.

Then I need a few plugins that already exist like shockwave / blast, Harvester, Lumberjack Experience 5 and so on.

And then I also need a custom made KoTH plugin.

PM me if you think you can get this done for me then I will tell you what my budget is and when I want it done or just PM me if you have any questions to ask in general.

**I want to test out a plugin you have made on a test server so make sure the quality of the plugin is good and it does not have Bugs / Glitches.**

You should just use the already made koth plugin and save money, a custom one won't be much better.
