I'm looking for a custom enchants plugin made specifically for my server

I want a system of 3 different tier 1, 2, 3.

Tier 1 - 15 level cost!
Tier 2 - 30 level cost!
Tier 3 - 50 level cost!

The enchant List :
Tier 1 - Jelly Legs 1 - Reduces fall damage by 2 hearts (Pants only)
Tier 1 - Toughness 1 - Gives Constant Strength 1
Tier 1 - Flash 1 - Gives Constant Speed 1 (Boots Only)
Tier 1 - Exp 1 - Gives you a 1.25x booster on exp
Tier 1 - Fish 1 - Increases Water Breathing Time to 45 Seconds (Helmet Only)
Tier 2 - FireFighter - Constant Fire Res
Tier 2 - Spray & Pray - You shoot twice as many arrows every shot (Bow Only)
Tier 2 - Lightning - Smites Opponent 15% Chance (Sword Only)
Tier 2 - Fire - When you die Fire spawns 5 seconds after your death to destroy your loot up
Tier 3 - Health Gain - If you are lower than 2 hearts you get regen 2 for 4 seconds
Tier 3 - Feast - Don't Lose Hunger
Tier 3 - Unbreakable - 2x Times Durability ( Boots and Helmet Only)
Tier 3 - Bat - Opponent gets blindness for 10 seconds 15% Chance (Sword Only)
Tier 3 - Jesus - You are able to walk on water in your own Factions Territory (Boots Only)
Tier 3- Scorpion - Give Poison I to your opponent for 10 Seconds 15% Chance (Sword Only)
