Custom Enchants

I am looking to buy a plugin that is custom that works like to have custom enchants on items.
( if that makes sense at all )

Budget: $25

I want like explosive pickaxe etc..

Note: I know TokenEnchant has this but i don't want to use it as it has so much more features in it besides just the custom enchants.
