The Plugin Is Custom Enchants And What I Want It To Do Is When I Setup A Sign People Can Then Click The Sign To Obtain A Random Custom Enchant. This Enchant Should Cost 30xp Levels. I Don't Think This Job Is That Hard So I'm Going To Start My Budget At $20 USD.
