Custom enchants

Hello, I am looking for a custom Enchants plugin.

It needs to work as followed: you do /enchant and are given an option from tier 1 to tier 5. When you choose a tier, you are promtpet to buy the enchantment level "tier X" which gives a random enchantment of that tier.
T1 = 15 levels
T2 = 30 levels
T3 = 45 levels
T4 = 60 levels
T5 = 75 levels


Enchantments needed: i am in need of around 20 enchants for each category (sword, armor, and equipment, bow) with a bit fewer equipment and bow enchants. This would total to about 60 enchants. Each enchant shouls be toggleable in the config meaning that it can be turned on and off. If you think that you are able to do this, please contact me and I can provide a list of enchants with descriptions.
