Custom Enchmant

So, We have a Custom enchantment but we don't have the book out yet (Meaning that we don't have any thing that people can buy books) can someone do the tiers of the rarity enchantment. I'm using CrazyEnchantment Plugin, We have 60 Different Enchantment.

The Tiers are
Basic | Rare | Legendary | Royal | Immortal
