Isaac was the guy who made those themes. You should probably talk to him about it. Those themes are very high quality though so I doubt they will be too cheap.

Yes I'm aware he has made those themes haha. He's pretty expensive though hence why I didn't go to him.

You probably won't get a high quality theme such as those that Isaac makes without paying a decent amount. Takes a lot of work and time to make such an awesome design. I would recommend you get a larger budget if you want a website like that.
